Report a security issue

Found a weakness in BuenSpot? Let us know. If you report in good faith and follow these rules, we see it as help, not as an attack.

1. Report it as soon as you can, with the steps to reproduce it and what someone could do with it.
2. Go no further than needed to show the issue. Do not open, change or keep other people's data, and do not buy or redeem anything with someone else's account.
3. No attacks that make the site slow or unreachable, no spam and no social engineering of customers, venues or our team.
4. Give us time to fix it before you publish anything. Within five working days we tell you what we are doing about it.
