How our reviews work

Real visitors only

You can write a review if you bought a voucher and it was used at the venue. That way we know you were there. Such reviews carry the label ‘verified visit’. A day after your visit we ask by email how it was; you can switch that off with one click.

We publish everything, criticism too

Every review from a real visitor goes online, positive or negative. A deal's score is the average of all published reviews. Nobody, the venue included, can have a review removed because the score is low. We don't pay for reviews or give discounts for them.

When we hide a review

Only for one of these reasons: abuse, hate or threats; someone else's personal data; text that is not about the visit (for example advertising); or a review that turns out not to come from a real visitor. A hidden review does not count in the score. Every time we hide one, we record who did it and why.

The venue may reply

The venue sees every review and can reply publicly once. Weren't you happy? Our team will also contact you to help. That is separate from your review: it stays online.

Example reviews

Example deals in our catalogue show illustrative reviews. Those deals are marked as examples and their reviews have no ‘verified visit’ label.
